The Ohio State University Medical Center designates this educational activity for a maximum of 7.5 Category 1 credits toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award.
The OSU Sports Medicine Center is an Approved Provider of continuing education for athletic trainers. This program has been approved for 7.5 continuing education units by The Board of Certification for Certified Athletic Trainers. Continuing education credits for physical therapists have been requested.
The Ohio State University Center for EMS is an Approved Provider of continuing education for EMS personnel. A total of 7 possible hours of continuing education credits will be awarded to EMTs and paramedics who participate in this conference. EMS personnel must attend the entire conference to receive a CEU certificate. Approval #2214, expiration date 2/16/2011.
