From routine physicals to orthopaedic surgery, the OSU Sports Medicine Center team specializes in the evaluation and management of injuries and illnesses that affect competitive athletes and physically active individuals. Physicians of OSU Sports Medicine Center are all faculty members of The OSU College of Medicine’s Department of Family Medicine and Department of Orthopedics, ranked among the top orthopedic programs in the nation by U.S. News and World Report in 2005 and 2006.
Our Sports Medicine physicians and clinicians use "evidenced-based medicine" to develop best practice guidelines - that means you will benefit from their cutting edge knowledge and expertise. These physicians serve as the team physicians for the OSU Buckeye in all 36 varsity sports teams, with over 900 Division I NCAA athletes participating. The OSU Sports Medicine Center cares for these athletes and the athlete in you.
